NAGINATA: EM 2020 inställt.

Europamästerskapen i Naginata skulle i år ha gått av stapeln i Uppsala. P.g.a. coronavirusets utbredning och utvecklingen därkring så har ENF (European Naginata Federation) idag valt att ställa in årets EM i Naginata. Vi är naturligtvis sorgsna då vi i Svenska Kendoförbundet sett fram emot att välkomna hela Europa till vårt land, men vi stödjer och står till fullo bakom ENFs beslut. . SKF kommer naturligtvis verka för att vi i framtiden åter får arrangera EM i Naginata.

Nedan följer information från ENF:

“After giving it a lot of thought, we decided that it would be wise not to go ahead with the European Championships this year. Our decision is based on the risk assessment that the damage caused by the current COVID-19 crisis to both the health and economic situation in the European countries is likely to be massive this year.”
